According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private finance and insurance industry (2,302), followed by California (1,675), and Florida (1,443).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-206), followed by Colorado (-195), and Delaware (-122).
