According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Delaware added the highest number of jobs to the private real estate and rental and leasing industry (-13), followed by West Virginia (-44), and New Mexico (-64).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-8,916), followed by Florida (-3,381), and Texas (-2,654).
