According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Tennessee added the highest number of jobs to the private lessors of real estate industry (207), followed by Georgia (90), and Arizona (48).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-841), followed by New York (-803), and Michigan (-544).
