According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2020, Arkansas added the highest number of jobs to the private lessors of real estate industry (7), followed by Wyoming (-11), and North Dakota (-14).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-7,230), followed by California (-5,733), and Texas (-4,184).
