According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private lessors of real estate industry (1,030), followed by Florida (859), and Ohio (584).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-807), followed by Maryland (-178), and Arizona (-39).
