According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the private waste management and remediation services industry (432), followed by Texas (388), and California (346).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-145), followed by New Jersey (-76), and South Carolina (-72).
