According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Louisiana added 931 number of jobs to the private health care and social assistance industry. Among Louisiana counties, Jefferson added the highest number of jobs (217), followed by Orleans (159), and Lafayette (138).
