According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private medical and diagnostic laboratories industry (308), followed by California (275), and Texas (177).

On the other hand, New Jersey added the least number of jobs (-120), followed by Pennsylvania (-92), and Massachusetts (-89).
