According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private medical and diagnostic laboratories industry (539), followed by Georgia (196), and Texas (138).

On the other hand, Massachusetts added the least number of jobs (-104), followed by New Jersey (-90), and Michigan (-45).
