According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the private general medical and surgical hospitals industry (2,275), followed by New York (1,658), and Massachusetts (1,583).

On the other hand, Nevada added the least number of jobs (-279), followed by North Carolina (-248), and Nebraska (-62).
