According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Connecticut added the highest number of jobs to the private general medical and surgical hospitals industry (1,568), followed by Texas (1,187), and Oklahoma (580).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-6,572), followed by Illinois (-4,109), and New York (-4,022).
