According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Missouri added -3,973 number of jobs to the private arts, entertainment, and recreation industry. Among Missouri counties, St. Louis city added the highest number of jobs (523), followed by Jackson (26), and Cape Girardeau (16).
