According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Alaska added 261 number of jobs to all state government business establishments. Among Alaska counties, Kenai Peninsula added the highest number of jobs (54), followed by Fairbanks North Star (52), and Matanuska-Susitna (51).
