According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Maryland added 2,560 number of jobs to all state government business establishments. Among Maryland counties, Prince George's added the highest number of jobs (2,352), followed by Allegany (157), and Baltimore city (104).
