According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Alaska added 20,083 number of jobs to the state government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Kodiak Island added the highest number of jobs (32), followed by Juneau (13), and Fairbanks North Star (8).
