According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Virginia added 7,293 number of jobs to the state government service-providing industry. Among Virginia counties, Norfolk city added the highest number of jobs (74), followed by Virginia Beach city (32), and James City (21).
