According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Hawaii added the highest number of jobs to the state government elementary and secondary schools industry (1,407), followed by Delaware (48), and Connecticut (40).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-7), followed by Arkansas (-2), and Arizona (-2).
