According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the state government junior colleges industry (4,789), followed by Washington (4,508), and Massachusetts (3,315).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (94), followed by Nevada (134), and North Dakota (192).
