According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Connecticut added the highest number of jobs to the state government health care and social assistance industry (333), followed by Kentucky (312), and Texas (221).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-277), followed by New York (-140), and Alabama (-108).
