According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the state government health care and social assistance industry (519), followed by New Jersey (253), and Connecticut (204).

On the other hand, Utah added the least number of jobs (-604), followed by New York (-396), and Wisconsin (-352).
