According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the state government psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals industry (27), followed by Texas (21), and Massachusetts (13).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-54), followed by Illinois (-19), and West Virginia (-10).
