According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the state government psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals industry (33), followed by Kansas (10), and New Mexico (10).

On the other hand, Louisiana added the least number of jobs (-91), followed by New York (-84), and California (-53).
