According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the state government public administration industry (933), followed by Arizona (540), and Maryland (476).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-1,631), followed by Florida (-724), and South Carolina (-722).
