According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the state government public administration industry (925), followed by North Carolina (280), and Virginia (245).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-1,175), followed by Michigan (-725), and Pennsylvania (-515).
