According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of environmental programs industry (494), followed by Washington (140), and Kentucky (103).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-46), followed by Massachusetts (-14), and New York (-13).
