According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of environmental programs industry (133), followed by Washington (27), and New Jersey (17).

On the other hand, Nebraska added the least number of jobs (-97), followed by Alaska (-81), and Texas (-77).
