According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of economic programs industry (312), followed by North Carolina (289), and Illinois (287).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-223), followed by Alaska (-98), and Alabama (-84).
