According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, West Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of economic programs industry (120), followed by Illinois (112), and Georgia (89).

On the other hand, Maryland added the least number of jobs (-449), followed by California (-354), and North Carolina (-257).
