According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of economic programs industry (502), followed by California (183), and Massachusetts (159).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-94), followed by Alabama (-63), and Pennsylvania (-42).
