  1. Hennepin: 287
  2. Cottonwood: 158
  3. Olmsted: 95
  4. Washington: 78
  5. Anoka: 72
  6. Pipestone: 71
  7. Winona: 62
  8. Mower: 60
  9. Fillmore: 59
  10. Wadena: 52
