According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.2% (sa) in February, 2007. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (20.5%), Denali (16.1%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (16%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians West (3.2%), Juneau (5.2%), and North Slope (5.5%).
