According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 7% (sa) in February, 2013. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Denali (29.7%), Kusilvak (25.1%), and Skagway (24.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians West (4.2%), Aleutians East (5%), and Anchorage (5.6%).
