According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 7% (sa) in May, 2013. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (24.9%), Yukon-Koyukuk (17.9%), and Bethel (16.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Juneau (4.6%), Sitka (5.2%), and Anchorage (5.2%).
