According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.9% (sa) in November, 2013. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Denali (23.6%), Skagway (21.7%), and Kusilvak (21.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Anchorage (5%), Juneau (5.2%), and Fairbanks North Star (5.7%).
