According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.9% (sa) in February, 2014. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (26.8%), Kusilvak (26.3%), and Denali (25.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians West (3.6%), Aleutians East (4.5%), and Anchorage (5.8%).
