According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.8% (sa) in June, 2014. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (24.6%), Northwest Arctic (17.6%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (17.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Bristol Bay (3.6%), Skagway (4.5%), and Sitka (4.8%).
