According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 5.6% (sa) in June, 2019. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (22.8%), Northwest Arctic (15.6%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (13.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (2.1%), Bristol Bay (2.4%), and Skagway (3.1%).
