According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 5.6% (sa) in June, 2019. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (22.6%), Northwest Arctic (15.3%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (12.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Bristol Bay (2.2%), Aleutians East (2.2%), and Denali (2.5%).
