According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 4.9% (sa) in February, 2022. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (18.3%), Copper River (15.5%), and Kusilvak (15.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (2%), Aleutians West (2.3%), and Chugach (4%).
