According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 4% (sa) in April, 2023. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (13.1%), Copper River (9.4%), and Bethel (9.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (2.1%), Juneau (2.6%), and Aleutians West (2.8%).
