According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 4% (sa) in January, 2023. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (15.9%), Haines (13.2%), and Kusilvak (12.9%).
