According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 3.9% (sa) in January, 2023. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (15.2%), Denali (14.2%), and Kusilvak (13.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (1.8%), Aleutians West (3%), and Juneau (3.4%).
