According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 5% (sa) in March, 2007. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Colusa (15.2%), Imperial (13.8%), and Trinity (12.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Orange (3.5%), Marin (3.5%), and San Mateo (3.7%).
