California Unemployment Rate By County in December, 2008

According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 9.3% (sa) in December, 2008. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Imperial (23.8%), Colusa (20.7%), and Trinity (15.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Marin (5.7%), San Mateo (6.2%), and San Francisco (6.5%).
