According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 9.5% (sa) in February, 2013. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Colusa (26%), Imperial (24.4%), and Plumas (19.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Marin (5.6%), San Mateo (5.7%), and San Francisco (6%).
