According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 9% (sa) in July, 2013. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Imperial (27.6%), Colusa (15%), and Tulare (14.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Marin (5.5%), San Mateo (5.7%), and San Francisco (5.8%).
