According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 6.6% (sa) in March, 2015. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Imperial (23.4%), Colusa (21.7%), and Plumas (13.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): San Mateo (3.6%), Marin (3.7%), and San Francisco (3.9%).
