According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 5.8% (sa) in December, 2002. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Costilla (9.1%), Dolores (8.8%), and San Juan (8.5%).
