According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 5.8% (sa) in January, 2004. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Costilla (11.3%), San Juan (11.3%), and Huerfano (9.7%).
