According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 8.7% (sa) in April, 2011. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Dolores (15.5%), Huerfano (14.1%), and San Juan (14%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cheyenne (4.1%), Kit Carson (4.9%), and Baca (4.9%).
