According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 8.6% (sa) in August, 2011. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Saguache (13.4%), Huerfano (13.2%), and Rio Grande (12.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cheyenne (4.4%), Hinsdale (4.5%), and Kit Carson (4.6%).
