According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 8.9% (sa) in February, 2011. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): San Juan (17.1%), Dolores (16.3%), and Huerfano (15.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cheyenne (4.8%), Baca (5.4%), and Mineral (5.6%).
